PAYMENT INFORMATION
To place an order/subscribe you have to hit the sign up button on the product. This will add the subscription to your basket then you can check out and pay for it. The subscription will automathically renew every 3 months.
Every 3 months a new box with a size up will be sent to you.

Processing times for your order is 1-2 working days. Delivery time within the UK is usually 48h hours. Maximum delivery time could be up to 5 working days.
You can use your discount code on the checkout page. Above the section “Billing details” you will see the text “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code”. Once you enter your discount code you’ll see the amount discounted from the total.
You can create an account by clicking on the icon on the top right corner, fill in the required details and you are done.
You will receive a confirmation email with complete information about your order. Every time we change the status of your order you will receive an email. This way you will know how your order is going.
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. The refund will be made within 14 days after we receive your return parcel at our warehouse. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
The returned items must be unworn, unused and in the original packaging.

The same size could have a different fit for every child, therefore we always recommend that you follow our size guide, which you can find under the product details in the tab Size Guide.
Before delivering your next box, you will receive an email if you want to do any changes regarding subscription box, size or colours.
Any changes should be done maximum 3 weeks before the next scheduled delivery.

Oodles and Caboodles is shipping UK nationwide.
We plan to expand to other countries soon. In case we are not present in your country please contact us on [email protected].
Standard shipping rate within the UK is £3,95 for each box delivered to you.
In case you received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange with you the replacement.
In case you received a wrong size, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange with you the replacement. We will also arrange with you the modification of your subscription.

RETURNS
When your next box is delivered, you can pack your old items in the same box, download the return label from our website and send it back to us.
No additional costs, the return of the used clothing is free through Post Office.
Following circular economy principles, we believe items should be used and can be used as long as we can. All items in good state, will be sent to expert cleaners and sold in our second-hand subscription box. Items that we are no longer able to offer in our second-hand collection will be taken apart and will be 100% recycled to create new collections.
